Lack of participation may hinder progress and results.
  3. Timely Communication
    Clients must respond to inquiries, requests for information, and other communications from Matters of Growth, LLC in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays or incomplete services.
  4. Ownership of Outcomes
    While Matters of Growth, LLC provides tools, guidance, and resources, clients are solely responsible for the implementation of strategies and the outcomes achieved. The effectiveness of the services depends on the client’s effort, dedication, and willingness to take action.
  5. Financial Responsibility
    Clients are responsible for all fees associated with the services they purchase. This includes adherence to payment deadlines and any late fees incurred as outlined in the Payment Terms and Late Fees section.
  6. Compliance with Terms
    Clients are required to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document, including behavior standards, intellectual property restrictions, and payment obligations. Non-compliance may result in the termination of services without a refund.
  7. Use of Materials and Resources
    Clients are expected to use materials, tools, and resources provided during the engagement solely for their intended purpose and in compliance with the Intellectual Property Rights section. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or modification of materials is strictly prohibited.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that your responsibilities play a critical role in the success of the engagement and that failure to fulfill these responsibilities may limit the effectiveness of the services provided.

    Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract with any employee, contractor, or collaborator of Matters of Growth, LLC during the term of this agreement or for a period of 12 months following its termination without prior written consent.
  2. Payment Terms and Late Fees
    Payment for all services must be made in full according to the terms outlined at the time of purchase or engagement. Matters of Growth, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Late payments are subject to a [specific percentage] late fee per month. Clients are responsible for any collection costs incurred for overdue accounts.
  3. Purchases and Refund Policy

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Refunds are available within three (3) calendar days of purchase, provided the materials have not been accessed, downloaded, or consumed, and services have not been delivered.

Other Refunds:

  • Refunds may be issued for duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access, subject to resolution attempts by customer support.

  • Online Courses: Access is granted for as long as the course is offered on our platform and the Company continues operations. If the course is discontinued, notice will be provided.
  • Account Use: Login credentials are for individual use only. Sharing credentials is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

Mediation and Arbitration:

  • In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • Arbitration will take place in Washington state, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Fees and Costs:

  • The prevailing party in arbitration will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred.

Waiver of Class Actions:

  • You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or collective lawsuits related to the Services or these Terms.

Dispute Resolution for Custom Services

  • Any disputes related to custom consulting services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of Washington State. Clients agree that Matters of Growth, LLC’s total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.
  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matters of Growth, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

  1. Termination of Access
    Matters of Growth, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. Termination does not absolve you of obligations incurred before termination, including payment and indemnity obligations. Additionally:
  • Upon termination, you will no longer have access to any purchased services, materials, or content.
  • Matters of Growth, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the termination of access.
  • Any licenses granted to you under these Terms will also terminate immediately.

    Matters of Growth, LLC will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, internet or communication failures, or pandemics.
  2. Termination Clause for Custom Engagements
    Either party may terminate a custom consulting or coaching engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Matters of Growth, LLC reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately in cases of non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unethical behavior. Clients will remain liable for any fees incurred up to the termination date.
